Edward Grey

Edward Grey, Managing Director at Watts Capital, LLC, brings more than 20 years investment banking and capital markets experience to Promia. Mr. Grey advises both U.S. and MENA region companies, with a focus on the CyberSecurity and Life Sciences sectors. Mr. Grey also serves as the Capital Markets Editor of the Middle East Business Magazine & News.

Mr. Grey is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a Bachelors of Science for both Economics and Industrial Management, and Vermont Law School, where he received the Award of Academic Excellence for Law & Economics. Mr. Grey holds both the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
